Dr. Tiffany Mainini - Veterinarian

Dr. Tiffany Mainini was born and raised in Massachusetts and if you ask her parents, they would say her first word was “horse”.

Dr. Mainini’s love for animals grew through a childhood filled with dogs, cats, horses, 4-H, and the United States Pony Club. She rode horses competitively successfully throughout New England. Her dreams of becoming an Olympic equestrian were replaced with dreams of veterinary medicine as she became enamored with science and medicine.

Dr. Mainini graduated with honors from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst, where she performed reproductive research with camelids (alpacas, llamas) and competed in the Western Equestrian Club. Dr. Mainini graduated from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015, where she developed a deep desire to foster the human-animal bond and improve the quality of life for pets and their owners.

After graduation, Dr. Mainini practiced high-volume surgery and low-cost/shelter medicine in Missouri and then practiced small animal, exotic, and avian general practice in Kansas. She is USDA accredited and certified in Low-Stress Handling®. Dr. Mainini and her husband are excited to be back on the east coast and Dr. Mainini is excited to join the great team of Goose Creek Veterinary Hospital.
